This project included the complete remodel of an existing home, as well as an addition to its previously quirky and almost unusable second floor. The end result features exclusive designer touches such as smooth sheetrock with hand-brushed interior walls and ceilings, natural limestone and marble countertops, herringbone wood flooring, monopoint lighting, custom exterior stonework, and a hand-plastered fireplace surround. Also included are extensively upgraded home automation wiring for security and lighting controls.
